Need some assistance?

We have been adding support articles to our online knowledge base. Please take a look over there first before emailing or calling with a concern. There is a good chance that what ever you are looking for has already been answered.

If you don’t understand something, or you can’t find something, please send us a support ticket and we’ll sort it out. Our support ticket system emails us directly and we can usually reply in a few minutes.

Please include:

1) Domain name affected.
2) Name of server affected

3) Your cPanel username

Our Online Knowledge Base Library

We are continually adding to our searchable online knowledge base. This is a good place to start for the most common problems and resolutions. As users come up with more interesting problems, we’ll update the knowledge base with the solution so the next user can benefit from it.

Video Tutorials..

We are making some inquiries to obtaining online video tutorials regard cPanel, WHM (resellers,Webdesigners) and Fantastico and maybe some Word Press demos.

Once we have made our selection, we will post them online and activate the video tutorial link.

Email Support

We offer free techical support via email. Our response time can sometimes be just a few minutes. Please describe *exactly* the problem you are having. Our mail support is generally very quick, from a few minutes to a maximun of a few hours, depending on the severity of your problems.

Most support questions are from a result of lack of knowledge of how something works. We’ll try our best to help you out.

Online Chat

We’ll soon have online chat capability in a few days where an ‘operator’ is standing by. There, you can discuss any support needs, and answer any pre-sales questions you may have. Our onlline chat will be available to discuss our hosting plans or questions your have regarding the hosting of your web site.

Need your web site moved?

If you are a new client or considering moving your web site to our servers, we can sometimes move entire sites. Usually, we can grab everything in one shot and set it up on one of our servers. There is no guarantees, but we can give it a shot. If not, there are companies who specialize in moving large sites. We’ll let you know.

Phone Support

There are times when email or an online chat won’t do …some of our plans do include telephone support for issues or can be purchased separately as an addon. We will call you at a mutually convenient time.
