My wife and I started our company in 2008 and were looking for web hosting late that year. We turned to a seemingly reputable web host who offered “unlimited everything.” At first we were satisfied, no issues what so ever, but we started to see a problem with their servers over one weekend.

We lost 5 days of business due to this error, and I almost lost my sanity. No one at that company could solve any issues regarding my account, only when I complained to cancel did their service level increase.

Needless to say, at that point I knew that they were not going to be my web host any longer.

Then a little company found me, called Plenty of Hosting. They seamlessly transferred my site from my previous web host. Everything was done seemingly instantly, I was extremely pleased. Plus, if I needed to get a hold of someone it was much quicker and I did not have to beg to get support.

I currently have a dedicated IP with Plenty of Hosting along with one of their hosting packages.

“We started our website in December 2007. During these 2 years we just couldn’t find anything better than Plentyofhosting. After many failures from a UK based hosting company – 404 errors, no connection at all, couldn’t log into our account, they took money from our accounts twice without our permission, etc We started to look for something else – better and stable. The UK hosting company provided us with very poor service. As our main visitors are from USA and Canada, we started to look for shared hosting in USA or CA region now, with possibility to extend  to vps or dedicated servers.

We signed up with one Canadian “unlimited” hosting company – first no problems at all. After a while we were getting problems again- during peak times – it was difficult to even open our website or start an ftp transfer. Support chat was always busy and was very hard to get any type of support.

Then after while we found a small company based in CA – Plenty Of Hosting. Good reputation, good reviews, 99.9% servers uptime. So..Why not? We took chance. They transfered our site to their servers in minutes. After being with them for a while now – we are satisfied.

No problems at all, even if sometimes there are some minor issues, they get sorted in minutes, if not in seconds. Support is excellent – get responses straight away. Price plans are fair. And most important thing – loading speeds are incredible with well maintained load balancing.
Now we even dont think of changing our hosting provider or look for something else.
